How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales events and peak shopping days. Please allow 24-72 hours for us to process and ship your order. Once it’s processed, transit time typically 4-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

What do you charge for Standard?

Standard is a flat rate of $9.90, and orders over $99 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Orders shipped via Standard are typically shipped within 24-72 hours and arrive in 4-10 business days.Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on weekends and Holidays.

 

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Unfortunately we don’t offer any expedited shipping at this time. Please contact customer service if you need to receive your by a specific date, we are here to help in providing the best possible delivery date.

 

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 24-72 hours, and Standard orders arrive in 4-12 business days. You will be notified in email once your order has been shipped. You may log onto your account to track your package.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, an email will be sent to notify you. And tracking will be available the next day. After logging in your account and navigating to My Orders, you may track the package, following its journey to you.

 

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a ticket online so that we can correct your address before shipment. Once your package is shipped out, we will not be able to edit the address. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is entered correctly with all information pertaining to your address (apartment/suite/room numbers).
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for all the shipping fee, and it will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

 

Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

You will be charged shipping and handling once only.There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Standard Shipping.

 

Do all of your items ship within the USA?

We have 5 different shipping facilities, so depending on which items you purchase they will ship from either our warehouse in California, New Jersey, China, Dubai and Belgium.
